Cross Country - Writing

The race is beginning, bamg I ran like a lion but it looked like Les was running like a cheetah. We got to Mrs Hiku.

She said, “Run come on run.”

We ran past the Culdesac, I looked up the dead end street and saw something.  It looked like it was angry. I ran and ran to Mrs Mundy she told me come on come and it chased after me.

“Eat Mrs Mundy, I said.

It came up to the field I was coming 5th place and it followed me to the field it came to the goal post. I came 5th. I was like where did that came from I was so so hot a needed to go for a drink. Then I we back to the pohutukawa whare. They was cheering for all the year 6 boys.

I said to myself what was that thing that was chasing me it was so hard getting  through that cross country but I did. I still couldn’t believe that I came 5th, so much better than my other school.

I found it was so easy...
next time i would like to write more & more ...
